There is a new version of the rsyncrosim package for R on GitHub. rsyncrosim provides an interface to the SyncroSim modelling framework allowing you to define scenarios of model inputs, run Monte Carlo simulations, and summarize model outputs.
The newest version of rsyncrosim is designed to work with the SyncroSim 2.3 Beta release. SyncroSim 2.3 contains major feature updates, including the implementation of user defined pipelines. Packages that take advantage of this feature allow end users to define data-model pipelines that link multiple models and datasets together.
