Hi Ayn,
We’ve identified a Core SyncroSim bug when updating from v2.5 to 3 if there are custom “Input” and “Output” folders set in the library properties. To resolve the issue, try the following steps:
- Open the ‘…-V2-V3.ssimbak’ file that was created during the first attempt to update the library. This is a backup of the v2.5 library and can be found in the .ssim.backup folder, or wherever your other .ssimbak files have been saved.
- Make sure the input and output folders are in the same folder as the extracted .ssim file (i.e. “relative”).
- Clear the custom input and output folders in the library properties.
- Do the update from v2 to v3.
We will resolve the issue in the next SyncroSim Studio release. Let us know if you continue to have issues.
