    Two questions about ecological departure reports in Path 4.2.2. : 1) is the algorithm similar to FRCC, or did you use a different dissimilarity index? 2) I tried running an ecological departure report using an attribute group to define my strata (in Preferences). I received the following error message. I checked the assignment of types to groups, and everything looks OK to me…

    Messsage = Column ‘AttributeTypeID’ does not belong to table AttributeGroup.

    Source = System.Data

    Stack trace = at System.Data.DataRow.GetDataColumn(String columnName)
    at System.Data.DataRow.get_Item(String columnName)
    at dz.a(Int32 A_0, Int32 A_1)
    at dz.a(MBScenario A_0, Int32 A_1, DataTable A_2)
    at dz.g()
    at dz.b(String A_0, String A_1)
    at dz.t()
    at h4.a(cl A_0)

     Hi Ayn,

    1. The algorithm is the same as FRCC

    2. Can you send me the database that is producing this error?  I would like to see if I can reproduce it.  Note that under File | Preferences you need to define which Attribute Group defines your strata.

    Cheers,

    Leonardo
