Error importing Probabilistic transitions into transition pathways

I am getting this error message when importing my transitions:

Note that each probabilistic transition must exist in scenario’s deterministic transition record
The class ErbHgB could not be located in To Strata (Expositions named here)

However, I did not specify wanting my state to move To Strata. Even when I copy the initial strata into the final one I get the same error box.

How can I eliminate this error?

It looks to me like you have specified a probabilistic transition to state class ErbHgB for a stratum that does not contain this state class in the States datasheet. Whenever you specify a probabilistic transition for a state class destination, that state class must exist in the States datasheet.
If this does not seem to be that case for you, perhaps you could get in touch so that I can take a look at the library and import file to see what the problem is.
