A SyncroSim user recently ran into the following error message when selecting “Yes” to the prompt to create a new conda environment during the installation of the BurnP3Plus Package.
The issue was caused by spaces in the Windows user folder name (e.g., “user name” instead of “user_name”). Since the user folder name was part of the path to the conda installation, the spaces prevented SyncroSim from creating the new conda environment. This bug has been fixed in the latest version of SyncroSim (v2.4.14). Prior to this version, users with a space in the path to their conda installation may get the above error.
