I just updated from ST-Sim v. 2.3.2 to v. 2.3.6 and now models that were running in the old version fail to run in the new version. When I opened my library in the new version I received a message that several items would need to be updated: support for error bars, removing run control table, etc. The library that no longer runs includes models that use transition multipliers. I tested importing a library that contains similar models w/o transition multipliers, and I can run those models. Is there an extra step for importing models w/ advanced functions in v. 2.3.6?

    Hi Kori,

This sounds like a bug that we should fix in the next release which should be coming out next week.  Can you send me a copy of the ssim library with instructions on reproducing the problem?

    Thanks,

    Leonardo

This is a bug in version 2.3.6 with the output option to "Calculate as mean interval values" for transitions summary output.  If you deselect this checkbox your model will run.  We will have a fix for the next release.
