I’ve just posted an exercise from our most recent online course using ST-Sim (see http://www.apexrms.com/training) that covers the basics of using the rsyncrosim package for the R programming language. This is currently the closest thing we have to a vignette for rsyncrosim (which is in the works!).

The exercise material can be found at: http://www.apexrms.com/downloads/st-sim-course/st-sim-online-course-exercise-10.zip. Simply download and unzip this file alongside the other course files (i.e. by default in the folder Documents\Syncrosim\Course) and then open the file Exercise 10.R in the new Exercise 10 folder.

This tutorial has now been updated for rsyncrosim version 1.1.9. The exercise assumes you have SyncroSim version 2.2.5 (or higher) installed, along with version 3.2.13 (or higher) of the stsim package.
