Here is a recent question I received by email:
Q: I am building the run scenario from scratch, by merging dependencies. I wonder if it would be faster to keep the same run scenario by just swapping the various transition target scenarios in and out?
A: It is better to use sub scenarios to run alternatives rather than merging dependencies, this keeps you from having duplicated inputs for various scenarios. It also means that if you want to make changes across multiple scenarios using the same dependency, you only need to make these changes once. This is both faster and less error prone.
