    If a user wants to globally apply a set of transition group multipliers to a stratum in a spatial run, is there any advantage to using the Transition Spatial Multipliers over the Transition Multiplier Values table?

    If there is no need for spatially defining which cells the multipliers apply to, use the non-spatial multipliers.  They are computationally more efficient.
