We’re excited to unveil the newly revamped Support page — now called the Help Center. Designed to be your one-stop support destination for everything SyncroSim, the Help Center brings together all the resources you need in a single, easy-to-navigate space.

Looking for documentation? Want to post a question or browse community discussions in the forum? Ready to explore recent blog updates or submit a support request? The Help Center has it all — now with a general search bar to help you find exactly what you need.

Expanded Support Options

We’ve also broadened the types of support available to SyncroSim users. Whether you're a new user with technical questions or a professional seeking personalized assistance, we’ve got you covered:

  • Basic Support (Free for All Users)
    All SyncroSim users have access to our community forum, the go-to place for all SyncroSim questions and peer-to-peer collaboration. Use the forum's search bar to explore existing threads or post your own question to get help from the SyncroSim Support team, who monitor and respond to all posts regularly. Want to share your knowledge or weigh in on someone else’s question? Join the conversation and connect with the wider SyncroSim community.
  • Premium Support (Included in Professional Plans)
    If you're subscribed to the annual Professional SyncroSim plan, you automatically have 10 hours of personalized support per subscription year. Simply submit a support ticket and a SyncroSim team member will contact you by the next business day via your preferred method — email, phone, chat, or video. Support tickets are monitored Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM ET. Please note that unused support hours do not roll over into the next subscription period, so be sure to take full advantage.
  • Add-On Support (Available to All Users)
    Need more help beyond the forum or your Premium hours? Add-on support offers direct one-on-one assistance to any SyncroSim user, regardless of your subscription level. Contact us with your request and we’ll provide a quote tailored to your needs.
  • Custom Services (Tailored Support and Development)
    Looking for customized solutions? We offer specialized services such as:
