What plans are available?

What happens after I subscribe?
After you purchase SyncroSim Professional or Enterprise you will receipt a receipt and an email with further instructions. You will be able to use SyncroSim Cloud immediately and typically have SyncroSim Studio upgraded within 1-2 business days.
How do I change my billing information?
Reach out to our sales team and we will send you a secure link where you can update your address and payment information. sales@syncrosim.com
Where can I get a receipt for my purchase?
After purchase, you will receive an email receipt. At the bottom of the email are links to download PDFs of an invoice and receipt for claiming the cost. If you need custom information shown for billing, contact our sales team. sales@syncrosim.com
What if I am buying on behalf of someone else?
After subscribing to a plan, you will receive an email with instructions on getting started and how to enable SyncroSim for another person if needed.
What happens if I cancel my subscription of Professional or Enterprise
Once your Professional or Enterprise plan expires you will be downgraded automatically to the Community plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
