There are a number of inputs that you can configure to define how individual cells interact with each other during a spatial run. First of all, I would encourage you to watch the video entitled:”Spatially Explicit Events in ST-Sim” (https://syncrosim.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started#Spatially_explicit_events_in_ST-Sim). Then you could also look in the software under Scenario Editor | Advanced | Transitions Spatial.
