    Dear all,
There is a clear fact that the transformation probability of specific states in edges of states is higher than the core zone of them. So how to say that software to look at the surrounding of cells of each class which are subjected to transform. In other words, is there any way that software selects cells for transformation in a non-random method?
Thanks in advance for any response.

    Hi Habibzadeh,

There are a number of inputs that you can configure to define how individual cells interact with each other during a spatial run. First of all, I would encourage you to watch the video entitled:”Spatially Explicit Events in ST-Sim” (https://syncrosim.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started#Spatially_explicit_events_in_ST-Sim). Then you could also look in the software under Scenario Editor | Advanced | Transitions Spatial. (https://syncrosim.com/index.php?title=Transitions_-_Spatial) where a number of these inputs are described.

    Regards,
    Leonardo
