Excel needed to export data from SyncroSim

We recently received the following question from a SyncroSim user:

I am working with your State and transition modeling package. When viewing a model’s results in a chart, there is an option to view the data (right click) and once viewing the data, in the lower right-hand corner, an option to export that data, however, the button seems to be inactive. Is there a way to change this? I would really like to be able to export the data related to the results charts that I am viewing as opposed to the whole data set for the model.

Answer:

Currently, chart data reports are only exported to Excel Workbooks (file extension ‘.xlsx’). Please ensure that a recent version of Excel is installed in order to export data from SyncroSim.
