    Issue: After installing the newest SyncroSim release (v2.3.7), previously installed packages are no longer installed.

    Solution: In the latest release of SyncroSim, the folder for storing packages was moved from the default Documents folder (“[Drive:]/Users/[Username]/Documents/SyncroSim/Packages”) to the SyncroSim folder in the User Profile (“[Drive:]/Users/[Username]/ SyncroSim/Packages”). This change was made to prevent packages from being stored on OneDrive, as there are unintended consequences of saving packages to the cloud. To get your previously installed packages into the new SyncroSim, you can copy the packages from the old Packages folder into the new Packages folder. You can also reinstall packages from the Packages… | Install… or Packages… | Install from File….
