Hello,
I am running a Land Simulation model for 15 year period, and my cultivated crops which has a large increase over time keeps appearing speckled or dotted throughout my land change. For example, in the middle of the forest I am having random cultivated crops appear and not in clumps but it looks like sprinkling throughout the entire forest. I have set the secondary strata and spatial multipliers to hopefully help with boundaries. Any advice? Tips? Am I missing a crucial setting?

The spatial autocorrelation (i.e. pattern) of your transitions can be controlled in various ways. The simplest way to do this is to use the Transition Size Distribution feature in ST-Sim. Exercise 2 in the free online ST-Sim course covers this topic.
